Huw Savage

Huw Savage was also born in Wales. He played collegiate soccer at the Institute of Sport, Wales before coming to the USA to coach youth soccer in 1995. Huw also played for Cardiff HC and Whitchurch, the most esteemed clubs of Wales. He also enjoyed the significant honor of representing Wales in International Field Hockey and traveled across Europe to compete against many international teams including Spain, France, Germany, Holland, USA, Italy, England, Scotland, Ireland and many more.
Huw is presently the Tournament Director for GSI Sports and organizes some of the most prominent soccer events in the Midwest.
Huw earned his Degree in Kinesiology and also gained his Physical Education Honors Teaching Degree from the University of Wales in 1995. He holds the British Football Association Coaching License and the U.S. Soccer D–License.
