We attended the border battle tournament last week, I just wanted you to know I thought the tournament was run extemely well. The proactive text notices about the potential for bad weather, and daylight savings times we a very nice touch. I will be looking forward to other GSi tournaments in the years to come.

Our team really enjoyed our first visit to the Jefferson City Border Battle. The weather cooperated for the most part, the refs were good, the fields were in great shape for March and our accommodations at the Doubletree were very nice. Overall, had a great time in JC - would do it again.

Great tournament and I would give the highest marks in each category. The only thing that would have been more helpful would have been a 30 minute game delay notice followed by another 30 minute game delay notice (if needed) rather than an hour delay notice which was then rescinded for the last 30 minutes. Having said that, the text message notices saved the day! Thanks for all of your hard work!

I want to thank you for a good weekend in Jefferson City. For about 20 minutes I thought I'd have to break out the sun block but, the weather overall was not bad. I was especially impressed with the organization and management of the tournament. The use of texting and email kept me as a coach informed of any changes you were making. This was OUTSTANDING. Not sure who you report to but, please feel free to forward this to them. Too many times we travel to events and no one knows anything.....this weekend messages updating scores, potential weather intrusions, setting my clock forward......all done in a timely manner and this made for a great weekend.
