Testimonials

I am the coach for the U12 Girls, Planet Fitness Fireballs. I wanted to take a moment to email you to let you know what a great tournament this was for our girls. It was well organized, all the refs and side judges were great to deal with, no power trips...very refreshing. And, it was just a great tourney. Also... GREAT JOB by you to recognize the teams do NOT want medals when they win. They want trophies. And, even GREATER JOB by you that you awarded trophies to the 1st and 2nd place team. My girls finished 2nd out of 8 teams, and they deserved to go home with hardware. You don't see tourneys doing that anymore like they should. It makes such a difference with the girls, and they deserve that. So, thank you.

Great job, and we look forward to returning!

I too would like to add the gratitude of our team to everyone connected with the tournament. As a sixth-year manager, I was especially impressed with the thorough, thoughtful, and well-organized approach to everything, from initial application to final results. This is one of the few tournaments that I have not had to avidly pursue information, which allowed me to keep all parties (coach, team, and parents) informed in advance, thereby making for a relaxed, enjoyable experience.

For our team especially, the quality of the experience mattered. This was the last outdoor tournament most of our girls will ever play (as they age out of youth soccer) and several were initially disappointed that the coach chose a Div III and below tournament. However, it was the right decision given that a series of prior year injuries/illnesses decimated the roster, leaving a mix of old and new players who had spent very little time together as a team. The beauty of the surroundings, the high degree of organization, the easily accessible facilities, and the friendly, helpful volunteers made the weekend work!

Thank you again.
