“60 minutes of speed & agility followed by 60 minutes of technical soccer workouts to put the player in the best shape for the spring season”

This camp will enhance each participant’s technical soccer skills while at the same time develop their abilities to create space with explosive variations in direction and speed. With an increased awareness of how to maximize the physical side of the game, players can take a closer step towards reaching their full potential. The camp is designed to kick start each participant’s spring season with our progressive drills to develop sound soccer techniques and advanced movement patterns.

GSI will provide the soccer expertise while the staff of All In Sports will work on the speed and agility sessions – a fun but challenging way to enjoy spring break!
